This was my third time ordering from Yop And Tom; I got an A5 Dot Grid Notebook this time. Their journals are always consistent, great paper weight, and the covers hold up well. Shipping took about a week, which is what I've come to expect from them. The packaging is always secure. I ordered a Moon and Stars Journal and was mostly pleased. The vegan leather cover is really nice, and the paper is definitely high quality, great for my fineliner pens. It arrived well-packaged too. However, delivery to Georgia took 9 days, which felt a little slow compared to other online stores I use. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the tracking, though. Overall, a good product, just wish shipping was a bit faster.

I recently purchased a Hardcover Notebook along with a Pen Loop and some Sticker Sheets. Ordering was straightforward on their website, no glitches or issues. The package arrived in excellent condition, took 5 business days to reach my address in Oregon. The Hardcover Notebook has a really sturdy feel, and the 160gsm paper lived up to its reputation – no bleed-through with my gel pens, which is a huge plus. The Pen Loop sticks well and holds my pen securely. The Sticker Sheets were a nice addition, good quality designs. My only minor quibble is that the notebook cover, while beautiful, shows fingerprints a little easily. But functionally, everything was as described and very high quality.
